Service owner

Impostorplay is owned by Empresa de ejemplo S.L. (hereinafter, "the Company"), with registered office at Av. del Juego 123, 08000 Barcelona, España and primary contact via legal@impostorplay.test.

Access to the platform implies acceptance of this legal notice, which may be updated at any time to adapt to regulatory changes or service functionality.

Terms of use

The user undertakes to use Impostorplay diligently, lawfully, and respectfully. It is expressly prohibited to: (i) use the application to disseminate illegal or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights; (ii) manipulate or attempt to access restricted areas, source code, or databases; (iii) collect information from other users without their consent; and (iv) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the platform for unauthorized uses.

The Company may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these obligations, without entitlement to compensation, and will notify competent authorities if it detects fraudulent or criminal activities.

Company liability

We strive to provide a stable and secure service, but we do not guarantee the total absence of interruptions, bugs, or information loss. The application is provided "as is" and the user assumes the risk arising from its use. In no case will we be liable for direct or indirect damages caused by improper use of Impostorplay, except in cases of intent or gross negligence attributable to the Company.

Links to third-party services or pages are included to provide additional resources. We do not control such sites and therefore cannot be responsible for their content or the policies they apply.

Intellectual property

All graphic elements, texts, code, logos, and, in general, the content available on the site are the exclusive property of the Company or third-party licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Any reproduction, distribution, or public communication without authorization is prohibited. Third-party trademarks that appear belong to their respective owners.

The user may use the application privately and for leisure, but may not resell it or include it in commercial initiatives without a specific license.

Data protection and confidentiality

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use technical mechanisms (password encryption, access controls) to protect information, but we remind you that no system is infallible and the user must keep their account secure.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of conflicts arising from use of the platform, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), unless consumer regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction.
