Service owner

Impostorplay is a digital entertainment service operated by Carlos Benito Guerrero (the “Owner”). For legal, privacy or support matters you can contact info@impostorplay.com.

Accessing, browsing or using the platform implies acceptance of this legal notice and the other linked legal texts. They may be updated when the service, regulations or security requirements change.

Account, points and internal content

As of this last update, Impostorplay is offered to the public as a freemium service without monetary purchases activated by default. Progress points are obtained through normal use of the platform and only serve to unlock internal features, content or customizations.

Unless a specific purchase screen expressly states otherwise, those points and unlocks have no cash value, are not redeemable for money and do not constitute an electronic balance, deposit or credit right against the Owner.

Terms of use

You must use Impostorplay lawfully, diligently and respectfully. It is prohibited to use the service to publish unlawful content, interfere with accounts or sessions of other users, automate abusive access, extract data without authorization, attempt to access restricted areas, or reverse engineer the platform outside the limits permitted by law.

The Owner may adopt proportionate measures to protect the service, including temporary suspension, blocking or account deletion when abuse, fraud, manipulation of the game or security risks are detected.

Owner liability

The service is made available on a best-effort basis. We work to keep Impostorplay available, secure and updated, but uninterrupted availability, absolute absence of errors or permanent preservation of all information cannot be guaranteed.

The Owner will not be liable for damages resulting from misuse of the platform, actions attributable to the user, third-party failures or events beyond reasonable control, without prejudice to mandatory legal liability in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Links to third-party sites or services are provided solely for convenience. Their terms, privacy practices and availability depend exclusively on those third parties.

Intellectual property

The source code, design, texts, graphics, illustrations, databases, logos and other elements of Impostorplay are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws and belong to the Owner or to third parties who have granted a license.

No reproduction, public communication, transformation, distribution or commercial exploitation is authorized without prior written permission, except where permitted by law or by the service itself for personal and non-commercial use.

Data protection and confidentiality

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The service incorporates reasonable security and access-control measures, but you are also responsible for keeping your credentials, device and verification codes secure.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute related to the platform will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona (Spain), unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide for a different venue.
